Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color, or change of mind.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly make it right.
To request a replacement or refund:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number and a photo of the issue
If approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a refund.
Please double-check sizing and details before placing your order.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided during checkout.
